What are your candles made of?

All our candles are made with Coconut Apricot Crème wax and natural wood wicks for a clean, slow burn.

Are your candles safe?

Yes! Our candles are carcinogen-free, cruelty-free, mutagen-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free, toxin-free, and vegan—making them safe to enjoy in any space.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn time varies by size:

  • 8oz candles: approximately 40–45 hours
  • 2.5oz Discovery candles: approximately 10–12 hours each

Ordering & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at aymesco@gmail.com with your order number. After 24 hours, we may have already started making your candle, so cancellations might not be possible.

Can I make changes to my order?

Absolutely. If you’d like to change the scent, quantity, or details of your order, contact us right away. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Every candle is made using Coconut Apricot Crème wax and natural wood wicks for a slow, even burn. We hand-pour each one in small batches, ensuring quality in every jar. Our scents are carefully blended to tell stories: romance, serenity, nostalgia, or nature, so you can choose the fragrance that speaks to your moment.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are shipped every Tuesday. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we only ship within USA. We’re working on expanding, so stay tuned

Returns & Refunds

What if my candle arrives damaged?

If your candle arrives broken or damaged, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Just send us a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We don’t accept returns since each candle is made to order.

Will I get a refund if I cancel?

Yes, if your cancellation request is made within 24 hours. If it’s after that window or your order has shipped, refunds may not be available.
